Professor Jill Flynn is an English Education Coordinator at the University of Delaware's College of Arts & Sciences, Department of English. Prior to academia, she taught middle/high school English for nine years. Her research focuses on critical multicultural education, racial literacy, and equity in pedagogy. She co-edited Feminism and Intersectionality in Academia (2018) and developed the Quad Text Sets resource toolkit for social justice education.
