Jiho Yang

Jiho Yang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations, Innovation and Data Sciences at the Esade Business School, part of Esade. His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to innovation and knowledge management.

Research interests include Deep Understanding mechanisms, Domain Expertise analysis, Creativity in invention processes, and Microfoundations of innovation. His recent work explores how autonomous systems influence problem formulation in inventive outcomes.

Collaborations include the IIK: Institute for Innovation and Knowledge Management (2022-2025), a research grant funded by AGAUR. This project involves 12 researchers focusing on innovation networks and knowledge management systems.
