Jie Zhou is an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago, conducting research at the intersection of chemical biology, biochemistry, and synthetic biology. The Zhou Lab focuses on protein post-translational modifications (PTMs) and their roles in disease-related cell signaling and immune regulation, aiming to develop targeted therapies through chemical biology and protein engineering approaches.
