Jib Acharya is a researcher at Bournemouth University's Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, holding a PhD in Public Health Nutrition from Bournemouth University and an MSc in Community Eye Health from University College London. His work focuses on public health nutrition, particularly examining knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs about healthy diets among mothers in Nepal.
