Jianxin Zhao

Professor Jianxin Zhao is a leading expert in isotope geochemistry and geochronology at the University of Queensland with over 30 years of experience. His research bridges geological, geochemical, environmental, ecological, and archaeological sciences, focusing on coral reef dating, karstic deposit analysis, and hominin fossil chronology.

His Radiogenic Isotope Facility (RIF) houses advanced mass spectrometers for ultra-clean analysis.
