Jeton Shasivari

Jeton Shasivari is a Full Professor at the Law Faculty of South East European University (SEEU) in Tetovo, North Macedonia. He holds a Doctorate in Law from SEEU (2009) and a Master's in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the University of Pristina (2006). His research focuses on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Electoral Systems, and European Integration.

His publications analyze constitutional judicial control of international treaties, electoral geography, presidential powers, judicial independence, and language rights. He actively contributes to legal education as a lecturer at the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors in Skopje and serves on the Doctoral School Council at SEEU.

As a constitutional law expert, he advised on emergency powers during the pandemic and electoral law reforms. He has evaluated higher education accreditation and served as Vice-Dean for academic affairs at the Law Faculty. His work appears in international journals and conference proceedings across legal disciplines.
