Jessica Rosenberg is a Professor of Social Work and Co-Chair at Long Island University (LIU). She serves as Director of the GranCare Program, a university-community collaboration supporting grandparents raising grandchildren.

Her 2004-2012 publications span topics like LGBTQ+ mental health, ethnographic multicultural practice, consumer preferences in care, and labor union impacts. These works reflect interdisciplinary engagement with gerontology, policy advocacy, and cultural diversity.
Dr. Rosenberg is actively involved in university governance, serving as secretary to LIU's labor union (LIUFF) and participating in the Faculty Senate. She partners with institutions like the New York Academy of Medicine to advance aging education.
