Jessica Redway

Jessica Redway is a Lecturer in Health & Wellbeing (Expertise by Experience) at the University of Winchester, affiliated with the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing. Her role focuses on integrating lived experience perspectives into nursing education through course development, teaching, and assessment. She contributes to the Life Lens project, which uses digital storytelling to enhance empathy among healthcare professionals via personal narratives.

Her research interests center on co-production methodologies, mental health advocacy, Autism, Mad Studies, and grassroots activism within disabled and neurodivergent communities.
