Jessica Miehe is an Associate Professor and Director of the Nursing-BSN program at the College for Women-BSN. Her nursing career includes clinical expertise in critical care, hospital readmission reduction programs, and healthcare administration.

Research focuses on improving healthcare access for underserved populations through school-based health centers and addressing systemic barriers created by social determinants of health. She founded a nonprofit operating a no-cost school-based health center to serve uninsured/underinsured children and provide interprofessional clinical training sites.
Service includes leadership roles as President of the Minnesota Board of Nursing and board membership with the Minnesota School-Based Health Alliance.
