Jessica Lynn Wolfe

Jessica Lynn Wolfe is the Marcel Bataillon Professor of English and Comparative Literature at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). She holds affiliations as Director of the Medieval and Early Modern Studies Program and an Affiliated Professor in Classics and Romance Studies. Her research focuses on Renaissance culture, including natural philosophy, classical literature reception, and early modern book history. She actively advises doctoral students and teaches courses on English Renaissance literature, humanism, and the intersection of science and poetry.
