Jessica Larsen is an External Researcher at the MOBILE Center for Global Mobility Law within the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen. Her work bridges legal anthropology, international law, and maritime security studies with a focus on counter-piracy operations off Somalia.
Her research interests center on global governance through law, examining how international and domestic legal frameworks interact in counter-piracy enforcement. Key areas include:
