Jesse Cougle is a Professor of Psychology at Florida State University, focusing on anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (OCRD), and problematic anger. He leads the Cougle Lab, which develops computerized treatments and investigates distress intolerance, courage, and transdiagnostic factors.
