Jes Vollertsen

Jes Vollertsen is a Professor and Head of Research Group at the Department of the Built Environment, Aalborg University. His primary affiliations include the Division of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Urban Pollution Research Group. He leads projects like AAU Water and AAU Circular Plastics, focusing on wastewater treatment, microplastics, and urban pollution mitigation.
