Dr. Jerry Dean Will is a Professor in the Department of School Leadership/Middle and Secondary Education at The Teachers College of Emporia State University. He previously served as department chair for 16 years. With over 22 years of public education experience, he has held roles as a superintendent, principal, and classroom teacher. His career includes teaching in Iowa and North Dakota, along with service in the U.S. Armed Forces during the Vietnam War.
