Jerrell Cassady is a Professor of Psychology in the Department of Educational Psychology at Ball State University's Teachers College since 1999. He serves as Director of both the Research Design Studio (2014–present) and the Academic Anxiety Resource Center (2008–present), supporting research design and resources for academic anxieties.

As Director of the Research Design Studio, he provides methodological support for applied and theoretical research. The Academic Anxiety Resource Center under his leadership offers resources for students, educators, and researchers addressing academic anxieties like test anxiety.
