Jerraco Johnson

Jerraco Johnson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology, Health Promotion, and Recreation at the University of North Texas. His research focuses on mitigating health disparities among underserved young children, particularly through interventions targeting motor skill development and physical activity promotion.

• Research Interests: Addressing ethnic/racial, gender, and socioeconomic health inequities in preschool and Head Start settings.
• Expertise: Mastery motivational climate movement interventions for low-income children of color.
