Jerneja Prostor serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Company Law within the Faculty of Law at the University of Maribor. Her teaching portfolio includes tutorials in Company Law, Lex Mercatoria, Company Law and Trust Law, and Business and Company Law: Selected Topics.
Her research focuses on critical areas of commercial jurisprudence:
- Company Law (core corporate structures and governance)
- Commercial Law (transactional legal frameworks)
- Trust Law (fiduciary relationships and asset management)
- Business Law (regulatory compliance and commercial operations)
- Lex Mercatoria (transnational commercial customs)
