Jeremy Yan-Shun Chow

Jeremy Yan-Shun Chow, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in HIV medicine and is affiliated with the Division of Infectious Diseases and Geographic Medicine. He joined UT Southwestern's faculty in 2016 and holds certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Chow's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology (cum laude) from Cornell University, an M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and a Master’s in Clinical Research from UCLA. He completed internal medicine residency at Emory University and infectious disease/global HIV/AIDS fellowships at UCLA.

His research focuses on HIV/STI epidemiology, health services, and health disparities. He actively participates in institutional committees such as the Department of Medicine Billing Compliance Committee and the HIV Fellowship Clinical Competency Committee. Professional memberships include the American College of Physicians, Infectious Diseases Society of America, and Dallas County Medical Society.
