Jeremy Horder

Jeremy Horder is a Professor of Criminal Law at the LSE Law School, affiliated with the London School of Economics and Political Science. He previously held positions at the University of Oxford, including as Porjes Trust Tutorial Fellow at Worcester College and Chairman of the Faculty of Law. He served as a Law Commissioner for England and Wales (2005–2010) and as Edmund Davies Professor of Criminal Law at King’s College London (2010–2013). His expertise spans criminal law theory, corporate liability, homicide reform, and legal philosophy. He holds an Honorary LL.D from the University of Hull and is an Honorary Bencher of the Middle Temple.
