Jeremy Grant is an Instructor (tenure-track Assistant Professor beginning 2026) in Clinical Psychology at The Ohio State University's College of Arts and Sciences. He directs the Cognitive Health in Late Life (CHILL) Lab and holds expertise in clinical neuropsychology, focusing on dementia prevention and cognitive decline in at-risk populations. Educated at Andrews University (BS, 2013), Carleton University (MS, 2016), and Wayne State University (MS/PhD, 2022), Grant completed postdoctoral training at the University of Florida.
His research emphasizes early detection of cognitive decline, community-based interventions for cardiometabolic-related dementia risk, and cognitive rehabilitation for mild cognitive impairment. Funded by organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association and the Florida Department of Health, he explores neighborhood deprivation’s impact on dementia disparities and develops recruitment strategies for underrepresented groups.
Grant has received over 20 awards, including the 2024 AARF-D Diversity Fellowship and multiple state/federal grants. His work spans 40+ publications, addressing topics like neuropsychological testing validity, vascular burden in Black adults, and neuroeducational approaches to comorbid learning disabilities. He collaborates with institutions like the Florida Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center and the ADNI consortium.
