Dr. Jeremy Chiang is a postdoctoral research associate at Aston University's School of Optometry within the College of Health and Life Sciences. He holds an adjunct lecturer position at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). His research focuses on ocular surface imaging, particularly corneal nerve analysis, to diagnose and manage conditions like dry eye disease and chemotherapy-induced neuropathy. He earned a PhD in 2023 from UNSW, exploring corneal nerve changes in neurotoxic chemotherapy patients. He also worked as a clinical optometrist in Australia and lectures at his alma mater.
