Jeptha P. Curtis, MD is a Professor of Medicine in the Section of Cardiovascular Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. He serves as Director of the Registry Data Analytic Center at the Center for Outcomes Research & Evaluation (CORE) and as Medical Director of Performance Improvement for the Heart & Vascular Center at Yale New Haven Hospital. Additionally, he is a Senior Scientific Advisor for the National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) at the American College of Cardiology.
