Dr. Jenny Molloy is a Senior Research Associate and Shuttleworth Research Fellow in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge, leading the Open Bioeconomy Lab while affiliated with the Cambridge Analytical Biotechnology group and Synthetic Biology Interdisciplinary Research Centre.
