Jenny Jones is an Instructor at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service, Ohio University. With over 16 years of experience in public finance and budgeting for the State of Ohio, she has held roles such as budget analyst, finance manager, project manager, and assistant deputy director across human service agencies. Prior to Ohio, she worked in non-profit organizations in Washington D.C., Boston, and Malaysia for over six years.
Her education includes a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and a Master of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her expertise and research interests focus on public finance, budgeting strategies, and public policy implementation within governmental and non-profit sectors.
