Jenny Darzenta

Jenny Darzenta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Product and Systems Design Engineering at the University of the Aegean. Her research focuses on accessibility and inclusive design approaches, with particular expertise in Service Design frameworks that enable social innovation. She maintains active involvement in standardization work at ISO and EU levels regarding accessibility standards.
