Jenny's research focuses on the intersections of medieval and early modern British/European literature with material culture, gender studies, and religious practices. Her work often examines how objects, manuscripts, and emotional frameworks shape literary and cultural narratives.
Her recent publications emphasize materiality in medieval religious texts, documentary authority in manuscript circulation, and the role of hagiography in shaping gender and identity. Trends include interdisciplinary approaches to medieval literature, the global Middle Ages, and pedagogical innovations in writing instruction.
