Jennifer White, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Mathematics at Saint Vincent College, located in the Herbert W. Boyer School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Computing. She has been a faculty member since Fall 2015.

Research Focus: Dr. White’s primary research area is graph theory, a branch of mathematics that explores networks, connections, and structures. Her work delves into graph coloring, crossing numbers, cycle structures, and various subgraph problems. These investigations contribute to both theoretical advancements and practical applications in network analysis and optimization.
Extracurricular Involvement: Beyond her academic role, Dr. White is actively involved in campus life. She enjoys running, participates in ultimate frisbee, and supports the math club. She also contributes to the spiritual life of the college through Campus Ministry.
Courses Taught: Dr. White teaches a range of undergraduate mathematics courses including Calculus I with Review Part A, Calculus with Applications I, Analytical Calculus I & II, Probability and Statistics I, History of Mathematics, and Graph Theory.
