Jennifer W. Owen is a Professor at the Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University, and a Faculty Affiliate of the Center for Child and Family Policy. A leader in cross-sector collaborations, she specializes in government-research partnerships, evidence-based policymaking, and philanthropy-government alliances, with a focus on child and family policy. Her work has driven systemic reforms in school discipline, foster care, and nonprofit capacity building.
