Jennifer Saylor, PhD, APRN, ACNS-BC, is a Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty and Student Affairs at the University of Delaware School of Nursing. Her research focuses on Type 1 diabetes in emerging young adults, college transition challenges, and simulation-based education.

Her recent scholarship highlights trends in academic nursing leadership, Type 1 diabetes management, and interprofessional simulation education. Awards include the 2024 Delaware Today Top Nurses in Academic Educator, 2022 NLN Center of Excellence, and multiple teaching and mentoring accolades.
