Dr. Jennifer Ruskin is an Associate Professor (Teaching and Leadership) at the Department of Management, Macquarie Business School, Macquarie University. She serves as Academic Director for Work-integrated Learning (WIL) and Employability, focusing on curriculum co-creation with students and workplace partners. Her roles include leading the development of employability strategies and standards across courses, and collaborating with teaching staff to align programs with these benchmarks.
