Jennifer R Linden is an Assistant Professor of Neuroscience at the Brain and Mind Research Institute within Weill Cornell Medical College. Jennifer's research investigates the role of Clostridium perfringens epsilon toxin in compromising the blood-brain barrier, its implications for multiple sclerosis, and host defense mechanisms against Candida species. Her publications span bacterial toxin mechanisms, neuroinflammatory biomarkers, and fungal immunology. Recent work explores epsilon toxin's role in CNS demyelination and the gut microbiome's influence on autoimmune disease progression.
