Jennifer Nolan

Jennifer Nolan is an Associate Professor in the Department of English at North Carolina State University's College of Humanities and Social Sciences. She holds a PhD in American Studies from the University of Maryland and specializes in 20th-century American literature and periodical studies, with expertise in F. Scott Fitzgerald, the short story, and illustration.

Her research examines the cultural, editorial, and visual contexts of early 20th-century American magazines. Dr. Nolan serves on the board of the F. Scott Fitzgerald Society and directed its 14th International Conference. Her publications investigate magazine publishing dynamics, literary illustration, and Fitzgerald's editorial relationships.
