Jennifer Nicoll Victor is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the Schar School of Policy and Government, George Mason University. She has been a faculty member since 2012, following her tenure as Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh (2003–2012). Her work spans legislative studies, political networks, campaign finance, and interest group politics.

Her research focuses on the U.S. Congress, political parties, and the application of social network methods to political science. She explores how political capital is built among legislators and how legislative organizations function in the U.S. and EU. Her work combines quantitative methods with institutional analysis to understand lobbying, campaign finance, and interest group behavior.
