Jennifer K. Lang

Jennifer K. Lang, MD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo. She is a clinician-scientist specializing in cardiology, with a focus on developing stem cell-based therapies for cardiovascular diseases. Her research explores extracellular vesicles' role in cardiac repair and modulating stem cell secreted factors. Dr. Lang also holds adjunct faculty positions in Biomedical Engineering and Pharmacology/Toxicology and actively mentors students and trainees in her lab.

Her lab employs cutting-edge techniques in cell engineering and 3D printing of biocompatible models.
