Jennifer Hansen-Glucklich is an Associate Professor in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at the University of Mary Washington. Her scholarly work focuses on memory and memorialization in Germany, Holocaust studies, and Jewish cultural history. She teaches German literature and cultural studies courses, and her research explores how museums and monuments represent historical trauma.

Her research combines literary analysis with cultural studies to examine German memorials and Holocaust representation. She has conducted fieldwork in Germany and Israel, analyzing how institutions frame collective memory through material culture.
Recent publications include German Memorials, Motifs, and Meanings (2025), examining memorial aesthetics, and Holocaust Memory Reframed (2014), analyzing museum curation challenges.
