Jennifer Espinola

Jennifer Espinola serves as Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Dean of Students, and Director of the Frohnmayer Leadership Program at the University of Oregon School of Law. Her roles focus on strategic leadership in student life, including academic initiatives, crisis management, and professional development programs. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.

Her career spans over two decades in higher education administration, with prior roles at the University of Miami and University of South Florida. She teaches the Leadership Practices for Professional Success course and has been recognized nationally, including the Core Four Award for excellence in student affairs. Active in leadership development, she volunteers with Best Buddies International and LeaderShape, emphasizing community-building and inclusive leadership.

Dean Espinola’s professional passions include fostering student success, promoting equity, and advancing leadership education. Beyond academia, she enjoys international travel, theater, and community engagement.
