Jennifer Dulski is a Lecturer in Management at Singularity University and CEO & Founder of Rising Team, a company focused on transforming managers into effective team coaches. She holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management (1999) and a BA in Psychology from Cornell University (1993). Her extensive career includes leadership roles at Facebook, Google, Yahoo!, and Change.org, where she spearheaded initiatives like Facebook Groups and scaled Change.org’s user base tenfold. She currently serves on boards of WW (formerly Weight Watchers), the Change.org Foundation, and Arctic Ice Project. Dulski is the author of Purposeful (2018), a Wall Street Journal Bestseller, and frequently writes on leadership for platforms like Fortune and Forbes. At Singularity University, she teaches courses such as STRAMGT 355: Managing Growing Enterprises and STRAMGT 210: Managerial Skills. Her work emphasizes community-driven movements, organizational growth, and leveraging technology for social impact.
