Dr. Jennifer Dickie is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Geography at the University of Stirling, UK. Her research focuses on socio-environmental and socio-technical interactions in energy landscapes, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches to address climate change challenges. Key areas include renewable energy systems, energy justice, biogas adoption in rural contexts, and the water-energy-food nexus.
**Research Interests**: Her work explores energy transitions, community engagement in geoenergy projects, climate adaptation strategies in marginalized regions, and participatory methodologies for disaster risk management. She has conducted fieldwork in South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the UK, addressing issues of energy access, poverty, and sustainable livelihoods.
