Jennifer Berdahl

Jennifer Berdahl is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Arts. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 1999. Her research specializes in the social psychology of gender and power dynamics in workplace environments, with particular focus on organizational culture and sexual harassment.
