Jenni Kulmala is Professor of Gerontology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tampere University, with adjunct professorships at the University of Jyväskylä and Åbo Akademi University. She leads the Argumenta project (Finnish Cultural Foundation) and a sub-project in the Living with Dementia: Social Relational Perspective to Sustainable Care consortium (Research Council of Finland). Her work bridges academic research, public advocacy, and policy, including chairing the Alzheimer Society of Finland and editing the Gerontologia journal.
