Jenna Liphart Rhoads is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing & Health Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She is a nurse educator, freelance author, and editor with a focus on advancing nursing education through research and clinical practice.

- MS in Nursing Education from Northern Illinois University
- PhD in Education with a concentration in Nursing Education from Capella University
Her research explores the moderation effects of emotional intelligence on the relationship between stress and GPA in military veteran nursing students. Clinically, she specializes in surgical-trauma adult critical care, interventional radiology procedures, and conscious sedation for both adult and pediatric populations. Dr. Liphart Rhoads contributes to teaching across the RN-BSN, BSN, and MSN programs, integrating her clinical expertise and educational research into curriculum development.
