Jenn Skelding is an Instructor in the School of Education at Trinity Western University (TWU), focusing on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). She holds an EdD from the University of Western Ontario, an MEd from Charles Sturt University, and a BEd from Queen’s University.
Her research examines undergraduate student retention, particularly the promotive and risk factors influencing international students' persistence in Canadian universities and the role of intercultural competencies. Key interests include higher education policy, international education dynamics, and pedagogical strategies to enhance student success.
