Jen Nghishitende is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Wilberforce Institute, University of Hull. Her work focuses on modern slavery, human trafficking, and their intersection with gender, motherhood, and social justice. She holds a PhD from the University of Hull, an LLM from Queen Mary University of London, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
