Jen Jen Yeh

Jen Jen Yeh is a Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, holding joint appointments in the Department of Surgery and Pharmacology. She serves as Vice Chair for Research in Surgery, Director of the UNC Lineberger Pancreatic Cancer Center of Excellence, and Assistant Dean for Translational Research at UNC School of Medicine. Her research focuses on identifying novel therapeutic targets for pancreatic and colorectal cancer through genomic and proteomic analyses.

Her lab pioneered molecular subtypes of pancreatic cancer in 2015, developing a single-sample classifier for clinical use and a device to deliver chemotherapy directly to pancreatic tumors. She co-founded Advanced Chemotherapeutic Technologies, Inc. to advance this technology into clinical trials.

The Yeh Lab at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center utilizes patient-derived xenografts (PDX) and KRAS-driven mouse models to study tumor heterogeneity and develop precision therapies for pancreatic cancer.
