Jemilia S. Davis

Dr. Jemilia S. Davis is an academic and researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Education, directing the Human and Organizational Leadership Development (HOLD) undergraduate program. She focuses on leadership development, equity, and student success through qualitative research and practical initiatives. Prior roles include Director for Strategic Initiatives and External Relations at the Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research, and academic advising leadership at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
