Jelena Sánchez is an Associate Professor of Spanish at North Central College's Modern & Classical Languages Department. A University of Illinois at Chicago PhD recipient (2012), she teaches Spanish language, literature, culture, and gender courses while chairing the Cultural Events Committee and serving on the President’s Task Force on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
