Assistant Professor Jelena Gadže is affiliated with the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Zagreb, specializing in Pomology with a focus on Horticulture, Plant Genetics, and Sustainable Agriculture. Her academic journey includes a PhD and MSc in Pomology from the Faculty of Agriculture, with research spanning pomegranate cultivars, sweet cherry genotypes, and postharvest treatments.
- Research Interests: Molecular characterization of fruit species, physico-chemical properties of pomegranates, sustainable practices in integrated apple production, and biostimulant applications for climate resilience.
