Jelena Franjković, PhD is a Professor at the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Osijek. She previously worked as a Foreign Markets Manager at Kandit d.o.o. (2012–2014) before joining academia. Her role includes teaching and research in marketing, logistics, and supply chain management.
Research interests focus on retail strategies, employee turnover, data analytics, and sustainability. She has authored/co-authored over 20 scientific papers in journals and conferences, addressing topics like IoT in automotive maintenance, political marketing’s role in democracy, and consumer behavior in multichannel retailing.
- Organizing Committee Member: International conferences on Business Logistics (since 2014) and Interdisciplinary Management Research (2018–2019)
