Jelena Dzakula is a Lecturer in Digital Media and Communication at King’s College London, joining in 2020. She has held roles at LSE as a Fellow, the University of Westminster as an Associate Lecturer, and Ofcom as a Policy Advisor, with over a decade of teaching experience. She has received multiple awards for her contributions to education. Her research focuses on governance innovations in digital technologies, AI in higher education, and regulatory policies, with advisory work for organizations like the European Commission and RISJ.
