Jeike Wallinga

Dr. Jeike Wallinga serves as Professor of Energy Transition at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences since October 1, 2019, leading the Energy Transition Lectorate. Her work integrates physics expertise with sustainability passion to develop practical energy transition solutions through collaboration with students and industry partners. Prior academic roles include associate professor at Saxion University of Applied Sciences.

Her educational background features a PhD in Physics (1998) from Utrecht University specializing in energy physics, with doctoral research focused on thin-film solar cells (amorphous silicon). Industry experience spans project management at Océ Venlo and Alliander grid operator.
